These terms apply to the public informational website. They are not a SaaS subscription agreement, managed-services contract, or platform customer agreement.

About this website

The Zarire website is primarily an informational brand and product-information site. It presents Zarire and Zarire Platform Technical Preview materials and provides contact information. It does not currently provide customer accounts, authentication, a customer portal, checkout, subscriptions, a public API, or customer agent enrollment.

The Zarire public website is operated by the founder of the Zarire project. Contact: info@zarire.com.

Technical Preview

Zarire Platform is in Technical Preview. Content on this website about the Platform—including descriptions, illustrations, screenshots, and dashboards—may be incomplete, illustrative, or subject to change. Do not treat Technical Preview materials as a guarantee of future platform functionality, availability, or production controls.

Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful, informational purposes consistent with these Website Terms, including learning about Zarire and contacting Zarire through published channels.

Prohibited use

You may not:

Use the website in a way that is unlawful
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with normal operation of the website

Zarire may offer professional services under separate proposals, statements of work, authorizations, or contracts. These Website Terms do not replace a separate services agreement. Website access alone does not authorize remote access to your systems or create a services engagement.

Professional services described here are not Managed Services, 24×7 monitoring, SOC or NOC operations, or a platform availability SLA.

Remote technical assistance

Where remote technical assistance is provided under a separate agreement:

Remote access requires customer authorization
Production changes require customer approval
Credentials must not be transmitted through insecure channels
Backups remain the customer’s responsibility unless separately agreed
There is no guarantee that a reported issue will be resolved

Intellectual property

ZARIRE branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Visitors may not falsely represent Zarire content as their own.

Third-party names, marks, libraries, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Website Terms do not grant rights beyond ordinary viewing of the public website.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Zarire does not control those services and does not endorse them by linking. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.
